Sergio Olguín
(Buenos Aires, 1967). Su primera novela, Lanús, apareció en el 2002. Luego siguieron Filo (2003), El equipo de los sueños (2004) y Springfield (2007). Con Oscura monótona sangre ganó el Premio de Novela de Tusquets Editores 2009. Su libro infantil Cómo cocinar un plato volador (2011) fue galardonada con el White Ravens 2013 otorgado por la Internationale Jugendbibliothek (Munich, Alemania).
La fragilidad de los cuerpos es la primera historia protagonizada por la periodista Verónica Rosenthal. Sus otras novelas de la serie Rosenthal son Las extranjeras (2014), No hay amores felices (2016), La mejor enemiga (2021) y Media Verónica (2025).
Sus libros han sido traducidos al alemán, francés, italiano y árabe. Guionista de la película El Angel (2018), de Luis Ortega. Fue también director y editor de diversas revistas culturales.

La fragilidad de los cuerpos (2012) is the first story whose main character is the journalist Verónica Rosenthal. Others novels of this series are Las extranjeras (2014), No hay amores felices (2016), La mejor enemiga (2021), and Media Verónica (2025).
His books have been translated to English, German, French and Italian. He wrote the script of the film El Ángel (2018), by Luis Ortega. He was director and editor of several cultural novels.

La mejor enemiga

When she hears about the suicide of a local train driver who has left a note confessing to four mortal ‘accidents’ on the train tracks, she decides to investigate.
