Carolina Padrón

Carolina Padrón es periodista y escritora venezolana, también de nacionalidad mexicana. Es comunicadora, locutora y tiene un Magister en Periodismo por la Universidad San Pablo-CEU gracias a una beca de la Fundación Carolina (España, 2006). Se dedica al periodismo deportivo y desde 2010 trabaja para ESPN, la cadena televisiva de deportes más grande del mundo. Ha ganado tres premios Emmy como parte del noticiero SportsCenter. Ha publicado sus escritos en ESPN Magazine, Life and Style, Vogue México, GQ, Maxim y actualmente escribe para Sports Illustrated en su versión para México. También trabaja como periodista de investigación para documentales televisivos.

Carolina Padrón is a journalist and writer from Venezuela, with Mexican citizenship as well. She is a communicator, broadcaster, and she got a Master’s Degree in Journalism by the Universidad San Pablo-CEU thanks to a scholarship from the Fundación Carolina (Spain, 2006). She works in sports journalism and, since 2010, she has been working for ESPN, the biggest sports TV network in the world. She has won three Emmy awards as part of the SportsCenter news program. She has published her writings in ESPN Magazine, Life and Style, Vogue Mexico, GQ, Maxim, and she currently writes for the Mexican edition of Sports Illustrated. Additionally, she works as a research journalist for TV documentaries.
