Gabriela Couturier
Gabriela Couturier nació en la Ciudad de México. Es licenciada en Relaciones Internacionales por El Colegio de México y maestra en Administración por la Universidad de Harvard. Sus ensayos han aparecido en la revista Nexos, en Laberinto y el suplemento dominical del diario Milenio.
Su primera novela, Esa otra orfandad, apareció en 2016 bajo el sello de la editorial Cal y Arena. Su más reciente novela es Siempre un destierro (Océano, 2019).
Gabriela Couturier was born in Mexico City. She has a degree in International Relations from El Colegio de México and a Master in Administration from Harvard University. Her essays have appeared in the magazines Nexos and Laberinto, and the Sunday supplement of the newspaper Milenio.
Her first novel, Esa otra orfandad, was first published in 2016 by Cal y Arena. Her most recen novel is Siempre un destierro (Océano, 2019).

And the insistent call of motherhood seems more a question than an answer in her orderly world.
